Call for Posters – Share Your Innovations in Postgraduate Training!

The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers invites poster abstract submissions for the 9th Annual Conference in Denver, CO, on July 13–14, 2026.

We welcome submissions that strengthen our professional community by sharing innovative ideas, best practices, challenges, and exemplars from NP and PA postgraduate training programs across all specialties and settings.

Possible topics include:
– Postgraduate curriculum, evaluation, & faculty development
– Academic partnerships & interdisciplinary training
– Innovative collaborations advancing program excellence
– Trainee-led quality improvement (QI) projects

Let’s showcase the impact of postgraduate training—together!
All submissions must be free of commercial bias.
Poster submissions are due by May 31, 2026.

Airport Transportation

  • A Line Commuter Train:
    • The trains run every 15 minutes during peak times, and every 30 minutes at other times.
    • The fare is $10 per day from any of the stations along the A Line and includes unlimited rides on the A Line.
  • Shared-Ride Services:
    • Arrange a commuter shuttle that operates regularly from the airport.

Transportation

Here are some of the other modes of transportation:

  • Denver’s RTD rail system is another way to get around, and even a way to do some day trips before or after the conference.
  • Buses run nearly 24 hours a day every day of the year and can be a great way to get around.
  • The open-air Platte Valley Trolley can work to get around while enjoying some of the Riverfront views that Denver has to offer.
  • Taxis and ride-hailing apps Uber and Lyft also operate in Denver.

On-Site Registration

Pick-up your registration badge and other conference materials on Monday, July 13 beginning at 7:30am in the Grand Hyatt Conference Center Foyer. If you are attending the pre-conference workshop, you will pick-up your badge on Sunday, July 12 before the workshops begin.

Attire

Conference attire is business casual. Dressing in layers is recommended since the temperature in meeting rooms can vary.

Consortium Conference Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made 45+ days before the event.
  • 50% credit for cancellations 21-45 days prior.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 21 days.

A: Registration can be completed online through our official conference registration page. Early bird rates are available, so register soon to secure your spot at a discounted rate.

A: Your registration includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and access to all conference sessions, the exhibitors, and networking events. The pre-conference workshops will require an additional registration. Discounted hotel accommodations will be provided to conference attendees.

Q: Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I am unable to attend?
A: Yes, registrations can be transferred to another individual. Please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance with registration transfers.

Q: Is there a designated conference hotel?
A: Yes, the Grand Hyatt Denver located at 1750 Welton St, Denver, CO 80202 is the official conference hotel, offering exclusive rates for conference attendees. We recommend booking early to secure accommodations at the discounted Consortium Group rate. Once the hotel room block fills, we will be unable to offer the Consortium Group rate.

Q: What transportation options are available in Denver?
A: Denver offers various transportation options, including light rail, buses, and rideshares such as Uber and Lyft. The Grand Hyatt Denver is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city.

Q: What airport should I fly into?
A: Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport, located approximately 25 miles from downtown Denver.

Sessions and Events

Q: Will CME credits be offered?
A: Yes, this year’s conference provides opportunities to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits during all sessions.

Q: Are meals provided at the conference?
A: Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks will be provided during designated meal breaks and networking sessions. There will also be local dining options available near the conference venue for additional meals.

Q: What is the Social Networking Evening event?
