Come join us for NNPRFTC’s 2nd Annual Conference, June 16-17, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN.  Conference registration and room block  now open.  After you register for the conference you will be directed to the hotel rooming block or your can click here to directly access the hotel room block.  Due to the high demand, we’ve added rooms to the rooming block.  If you experienced difficulty booking a room, try again or call Dara Goudreau, Alexander Hotel reservation specialist at 317-624-8276. If you need to book a room for an extended stay (dates beyond June 16-17) please call Dara (317.624.8275) for assistance with your reservation.

Early bird registration, through May 19, 2019, will be $320.00 [$295 for dues-paying members]. May 20 and later, conference registration will be $375.00 [$300 for dues-paying members].  NNPRFTC’s new dues-based NNPRFTC membership program opened January 26th — click here to join the new membership program, and get your code for $25 off conference registration.

Our hotel/conference venue, the Alexander Hotel, combines comfort, tasty cuisine, and well-designed conference facilities. It is within walking distance of the Convention Center.  Explore downtown Indianapolis on the way.  As described on the Alexander’s website: “In every room, lobby and dining space is a piece of art designed to inspire you during your stay, commissioned or curated from local and international artists.” The hotel rooming block is open through the conference registration page.

The preliminary agenda is posted.  Included in the conference fee will be topical pre-conference workshops on the afternoon of Sunday the 16th, followed by our first formal Membership Meeting for dues paying members.  Immediately afterward there will be an informal welcome gathering.  Monday the 17th will be a day-long program of speakers, panel presentations, more workshops, a poster session and networking.
