The National Nurse Practitioner Residency and Fellowship Training Consortium (NNPRFTC) Begins Review Process for the Revised 2022 Accreditation Standards

Please consider taking advantage of the opportunity to submit your comments regarding the NNPRFTC’s Revised Accreditation Standards.

The NNPRFTC’s Accreditation Standards Review Committee and Accreditation Commission has begun the process of revising its Accreditation Standards for Postgraduate NP and joint NP/PA Training Programs, which were initially adopted on December 2015 and last revised in October 2019. The NNPRFTC and its Accreditation Commission invites all communities of interest to submit comments or suggested changes/deletions regarding the Accreditation Standards for Postgraduate NP and joint NP/PA Training Programs. Your comments will be an essential part of the revision process.

The Accreditation Standards Review Committee and Accreditation Commission will review the comments and recommended revisions of the standards. The 2022 Accreditation Standards will go into effect upon final approval by the Accreditation Commission.

The Call for Comments will be open for 30 days for the public to review and provide feedback. Comments must be received no later than Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Interested parties may provide their comments by using this email address: [email protected]. It is important that the comments specify which Standard or section of the Standards the comment relates.
