Participate in the NP & PA Residency Sustainability Survey

Help Shape the Future of APP Postgraduate Training

UMass Chan Medical School is conducting a research study focused on understanding the sustainability of Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) residency and fellowship programs.

This survey aims to gather insights on the facilitators, barriers, and challenges related to developing, maintaining, and sustaining postgraduate APP training programs. Findings from this research will help inform best practices and support organizations interested in building and strengthening these programs nationwide.

Who Should Participate?

Individuals involved in NP and/or PA residency and fellowship programs are encouraged to participate, including:

  • Program leadership
  • Faculty and educators
  • Administrators
  • Key stakeholders involved in postgraduate APP training

Survey Details

  • Estimated completion time: 2–5 minutes
  • Participation is completely voluntary
  • Responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate form
