- The trains run every 15 minutes during peak times, and every 30 minutes at other times.

On-Site Registration
Pick-up your registration badge and other conference materials on Monday, July 14 beginning at 7:30am in the Grand Hyatt Conference Center Foyer. If you are attending the pre-conference workshop, you will pick-up your badge on Sunday, July 13 before the workshops begin.

A: This conference is ideal for postgraduate nurse practitioner and physician assistant/associate program directors, managers, coordinators, postgraduate trainees, and anyone involved in Postgraduate advanced practice provider training and program development.

A: Registration can be completed online through our official conference registration page. Early bird rates are available, so register soon to secure your spot at a discounted rate.
Q: What does my registration include?
A: Your registration includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and access to all conference sessions, the exhibitors, and networking events. The pre-conference workshops will require an additional registration. Discounted hotel accommodations will be provided to conference attendees.
Q: Can I transfer my registration to someone else if I am unable to attend?

A: Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport, located approximately 25 miles from downtown Denver.

Q: Will CME credits be offered?
A: Yes, this year’s conference provides opportunities to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits during all sessions.
Q: Are meals provided at the conference?
A: Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks will be provided during designated meal breaks and networking sessions. There will also be local dining options available near the conference venue for additional meals.

Registration Policies
Payment and Deadlines
- Full payment of conference fees is required to confirm your registration. Early bird registration offers are available until February, 28, 2025.
- Registrations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment methods include credit card, check, and invoice.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations requested on or before Sunday, June 1, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellation received between Monday, June 2 – and Friday, June 13, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations after Saturday, June 14, 2025, due to the final conference attendee count required by the venue 30 days before the conference. However, registration transfers to another individual may be allowed with prior notification to our team.
Substitution Policy
- Registrations are transferable within the same organization. Please notify us at [email protected] with the new attendee's name and contact details.
Health and Safety
COVID-19 Guidelines
- The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment. We will adhere to the most current local and national health guidelines regarding COVID-19.

- Vaccination against COVID-19 is recommended for all attendees. Masking policies will align with current guidelines and may change as needed.

Badge Policy
- Badges must be worn at all times while attending conference events and sessions.
Code of Conduct
- The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the conference without a refund.
Photography and Media
- By attending the conference, you grant the Consortium permission to photograph, video, or record your participation. These materials may be used for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member upon check-in.
Session and Event Policies
Session Attendance
- Seating for sessions is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
CE Credit Requirements
- To receive Continuing Education (CE) credits, attendees must create an account on the Weitzman Education Platform, and complete session evaluations at the end of each session. Information on specific CE-approved sessions will be provided in the conference program and on the Conference Webpage.

Claiming your Continuing Education Credits
The Consortium will be using the Weitzman Education Platform for post-session surveys and CE credit claiming. Follow these steps during the conference. For any help, please reach out to the Consortium’s conference support team at [email protected].
Before the Conference:
- Go to the Weitzman Education Platform and create an account (see “How do I create an account?” if needed).
- Find and register for The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers 2025 Annual Conference (see “How do I register for an activity?” if needed).
After Each Session: 3. Complete the session evaluation on the Weitzman Platform (see “How do I complete session evaluations?” if needed).
After the Conference: 4. Download your CE Certificate with claimed credits once all evaluations are completed (see “How do I claim credit?” if needed).
