Claiming CE Credits and Conference Evaluation Information
The Consortium will be using the Weitzman Education Platform for post-session surveys and CE credit claiming. Follow these steps during the conference. For any help, please reach out to the Consortium’s conference support team at [email protected].
Before the Conference:
- Go to the Weitzman Education Platform and create an account (see “How do I create an account?” if needed).
- Find and register for The Consortium for Advanced Practice Providers 2026 Annual Conference (see “How do I register for an activity?” if needed).
After Each Session: 3. Complete the session evaluation on the Weitzman Platform (see “How do I complete session evaluations?” if needed).
After the Conference: 4. Download your CE Certificate with claimed credits once all evaluations are completed (see “How do I claim credit?” if needed).
